i get the dvd’s from my local library. it would be nice if more people would support their public library (which we all pay for in our taxes)–not to mention trying a product and then deciding whether to purchase it. think of all the waste when people don’t use the product they buy.
the variety is in the layout of the different dvd’s and it is not intended that we use them all. the music has to be paid for at very high prices, so why not use them more than once?

i agree that leslie’s dvds are very samey. i love her simple, uncomplicated workouts and her nice not overley perky personality but if you have one dvd you have them all. i just bought her latest 5 mile one and some of the music is exactly like the music on my other ones. the whole reason for a new dvd was to workout to new music! the sould quality was awful, too, i felt like i was wearing earmuffs.
you can choose to turn your own music on but still follow her routine.

i used to like leslie sansone’s old workouts. they were different in each section of the video. however, she has become so boring. all of her dvd’s have the same routine!!! the four basic steps in every workout. it doesn’t matter if it says “abs walking” “legs” or “arms” they are all the same!!! it is a reap off. if i have one dvd i know what all of the rest are about! please someone let her know that variety is what keeps a person exercising. it would be great if she goes back to the steps of her first workouts, mor fun!!
leslie’s dvds can be a bit redundant, although that doesn’t bother me as much as my husband, so he plays his music from his computer during the workout. i lost 10 pounds in 2 months and felt and looked much better using her 5 day fit walk, building up to the pilates one, about an hour a day 5 days a week. my problem was i had low-back pain and needed something to gradually strengthen my back as well as lose the weight. unfortunately i took a demanding job and got out of the habit of using the dvds, lost that job, then decided to try walking with my hubby at the park, but i never felt i got up to that same intensity as i did with leslie’s dvds, never losing any more weight, plus having to drive there was a pain. i am convinced, at least for myself personally, that leslie’s dvds are better than walking. so i am getting back to using them and back to my goal of losing 30 pounds.

i am writing on behalf of my exercise group. i live in an active retirement community. we have been walking with leslie for 5 yrs! there are as many as 50 people meeting 3times a week. ages are approximately 45 to 85. we all love the work outs…it’s the giggling…talking about wedding and etc….over and over and over again….i would love to make her listen over and over to all of the unnecessary crap especially the giggling…that is driving us crazzzzy! please stop! just do your job pay attention to what you need to do! we don’t care what the names of all the girls who are working out with you are! really after 10times of hearing it you want to puke! leslie please listen to yourself! your driving us crazy! love your work out and would buy any new ones..but please im begging you stop the giggling and unrelated yaking.
