elevate coffee review - 17 things you need to know

elevate coffee is a “smart coffee” made with “a priority blend of amino acids, choline, columbian coffee, and fat burners,” according to elevacity, the 2022足球世界杯德国队分组 behind it all. though this is an instant coffee, you’ll not likely see instant results. our research team notes that the “proprietary blend” of fat burners and nootropics totals just 2.6 grams per serving.

with 14 ingredients in this special blend, it is unlikely that there is a therapeutic dose of all those components in just 2.6 grams. take more than one serving, and the caffeine content becomes concerning. with more than 130mg of caffeine per serving in their new formula, our team looks even deeper. it took some deep digging, but the crew found the details they were looking for on ingredients, side effects and more. here is the bottom line on elevate smart coffee.

elevate coffee can be purchased through their official site.

i had followed the keto diet for 3 months and lost 10 pounds but had been at a stall for a month with no weight loss. i was introduced to elevate coffee by a friend that suggested i might try it to get my weight loss back on track. the first day i tried i loved it. i started with a half a pack like my friend suggested. it gave me very clean energy, appetite control and enhanced my mood tremendously. i used a teaspoon of elevate in my coffee for 8 days and lost 5 pounds. i ran out of my samples and ordered more. it took me about 2 weeks to receive the coffee but in the mean time i stuck to a my low carb- low sugar keto diet and didn’t gain any weight. i have now received my order and am on day 3 with another pound gone 🙂 . i love this stuff and recommended it to everyone that is interested in losing weight.

love this product! i was introduced to the coffee through a friend. i have always struggled with my weight and have tried numerous diets and eating plans. the reason i chose to try the product is primary because i love my coffee, also it’s simple to take and well priced compared other weight loss products out there. i try to follow a ketogenic lifestyle as best as i can and am feeling great. however when it comes to late night with the family i get easily drawn into the munchies and i blow my healthy eating. now that i have my elevate smart coffee + xanthomax, these two new products work synergistically for quick weight loss and an elevated, happy mood. i drink the coffee in the afternoon with my lunch and then the pill.
the thermogenic components start working by suppressing my appetite and starts melting away the fat. i have been using the products for 2 weeks now and am starting to love my body again and don’t feel deprived. this product is a winner!

i’ve tried it twice in the last two months. elevate makes my scalp itch, making me think i’m allergic to some ingredient. i don’t like coffee, so i first mixed one “stick” with one packet of hot chocolate dissolved in about 2 1/2 cups of hot water. still had to add a bit of sweetener and cream to get it down. i do have less headaches, i have lost one pound, put it back on as soon as i stopped using, then took it back off in a couple days. yesterday i skipped the coffee and ended up with a headache that lasted through the night and this morning until my 1 cup of diluted elevate killed the headache, but left my hands shaky and my scalp “crawling.” i’m looking for something different.

i tried it. recieved a sample from someone trying to get me into the mlm with him. it is most definitely a stimulent. i have been on the rx ritalin in the past and to me it feels pretty much like the same effect. i felt hyper and buzzy and headachy. a typical amphetamine effect is noticeable. i can see how this product ,if taken by people who may have addiction issues, could get into trouble with this. any weight loss occuring will return once the product is stopped. weight loss is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. this product will appeal to those who jump on the diet fad train for sure.

    • alysa

i would suggest in response to your comment that this is not for for addicts or permanent weight loss like some sort of miracle pill. while i agree you need a lifestyle change, sometimes people get “stuck” at a certain weight, even when exercising and eating well. that is when i would maybe bring in an alternative like elevate. to break that barrier of weight loss and aid in the lyfestyle change. you seemed rather negative about it all.

      reply
    • tayla

i would agree it is a strong stimulant, with an amphetamine effect. my jaw was stiff all day and sore at night from clenching it. i felt weird the whole day and unbalanced. my bodies reaction to it was not good at all.

i have been using the coffee for two weeks now. it does give me the energy i’ve been needing. i have noticed it suppresses my appetite and the cravings. since i started i have lost 6 lbs, i am going to try the xanthomax starting today and hope to see more progress. my daughter has been using both coffee and pills for maybe a few days longer and has lost 20 lbs. so far no side affects.

      • kelly dupuis

your daughter used this product for a few days longer then you, and lost 20 pounds? so that would be right at a month of using, and 20 pounds down, that is very hard to believe. i am on my 5th day of using the dose and coffee and woke up with itch spots on my neck and very red, seems to be a reaction to something and i can only think it is this product, i went ahead and still had my coffee this morning but skipped the pill, looking to see if anyone else had a reaction from this product.

not unbelievable to me. i lost 27.8 pounds in 2 months & 3 days using dose. it definitely depends on the person, whether they are consistent and if they’re drinking the required amount of water each day. i’ve also been off my prescription antidepressants/anxiety meds since about 3 months in & it’s working better for me than that zoloft was. my fibromyalgia flares also have lessened dramatically since using it. honestly i’d say this stuff is pretty revolutionary for a natural product. i owe my life to it. i’ve seen some people saying that the first day they tried it they took a full scoop and had headaches or felt jittery/yucky, and i would say that’s because 1) you are meant to start with either a quarter or half of a scoop, not a full one, for the first few days. 2) they weren’t drinking the required amount of water. or it could have just been the detox. it does a reset/detox for the first week or so depending on how much correction it needs to do to a persons chemicals. i’ll never go another day without it. but that’s just me 😊

starbucks breakfast blend contains more caffeine than the elevate, and the xanthromax has less than 30mg of caffeine. it is recommended no more than 400 mg if caffeine a day. by drinking one scoop of elevate and one xanthromax you are only consuming about 160mg of caffeine. way less than what i was consuming prior to starting this. i’m down from 145 to 119 with no change in diet or exercise and my chronic headaches are now a thing of the past. i have suffered from high blood pressure and unexplained tachycardia for years and happy to report that since i’ve been drinking the happy coffee my heart rate is finally between 60 and 80 bpm and my blood pressure went from 220/112 to 128/70. my doctor was so impressed he and his wife are now using it and feeling great!

i was really excited about this product based off of a friend starting to sell it. i started with a sample of the dose. within five minutes of taking the pill i was in the bathroom sick. thinking it was a fluke i decided to try to just push past it and give it the whole three days. every time i took the pill or drank the coffee i felt horribly sick. when i was trying to do research on it, there was little to none available. looking at the ingredients, there were a few questionable ones including rice flour- which is a filler. i would not recommend. use a product with research behind it.

pretty sure that like everything else we put into our bodies it affects each of us differently.i started using this last january. i didn’t have a lot of weight to lose ….i was a little jittery when i first started taking it so i cut the portion in half . it was much better after that. i do get some occasional headaches. but i have lost 7 pounds in a year i went from 128 lbs to 121…. it is expensive so i still only use a half a scoop and i only take it about four days a week. depending on the time of the year, vacations, and what our plans are i fluctuate within 2 pounds. but it comes right off. so i have to say i’m a believer in the product . not a huge fan of the taste …. i use it in the morning w my first cup of coffee. i don’t use sweeteners but i do use half-and-half and on weekends sometimes i use whipped cream.

i started june 1st and am still on it after 3 months. i take the coffee with about 3 fingers of orange juice, and blend with a hand held electric blender. this is a good way for me to tolerate the taste. it works pretty good. i also take the pill that comes with it. so, in 3 months of use, i have lost 27 pounds.

after i drink the coffee and take the pill, i feel like “lets exercise” after i drink it. so i go out and walk 3 miles every morning. i attribute my walking to the weight loss. the drink just gives me the euphoric feeling to go do it.
i am waiting on the total gym i just ordered to add to my morning 3 mile fast walk. i have a goal of loosing 100 pounds. so far 9 to 10 pds a month is working for me.
i do not like the taste of the coffee, and i really don’t like the price. oh, and you loose the happy feeling effect in 3 to 4 hours. so, i go exercise right after using it.
