i attempted to find out more nutrition information about this collagen protein mix from customer service. for example, this product contains mct oil but does not report fat content. i received a reply that did not address my question so i responded, asking that kato medvig, the customer rep, answer my question. he again denied me the information i requested. kato wrote that if i wanted to know then i could calculate it myself based on the nutrition information provided on their other mct products. he also said he was closing the support ticket. that was a rude response, considering i don’t know the amount of the ingredients in this product or if they have any other fat-derived contents in this product.
i replied again and asked that he reopen the ticket and answer the question. he sent the identical reply as he had sent to my prior email. i’m amazed at the unprofessional way he was allowed to handle this question. i still have no answer, and my attempt to call customer care went to a “this number isn’t working now.” are they going bankrupt and don’t care anymore? regardless i won’t buy their products ever again.
