can activatedyou cause constipation?
hello quinn. according to some customer reviews, morning complete may be able to help with constipation, not cause it.
i believe it can. i like the energy but after 3 weeks usage i became constipated which was relieved by going back to prebiothrive which i used since it came out. i have ibs, diverticulitis. i like the energy of prebiothrive so i alternate – one day prebiothrive, one day morning complete.

my daughters and i have chronic constipation and one of my daughters and i go like 2-3 times a week, if that. two of my daughters started this product three days ago and i started it yesterday. does the gas and poisonous smell go away after a while, assuming once our bowels and gut are on track. or is this a permanent side effect? i did read it has broccoli in it and although i love broccoli, i don’t eat it because it causes me gas and bloating. just wondering if someone out there who has constant gas, bloating and constipation like me, if this stuff eventually regulates your gut and this excessive gas will subside.
yes it take just about a month

i’m excited to see the benefits of activatedyou! i just received my 6-jar order and began my regimen this morning. i mixed one scoop of ay with 8oz plain almond milk. i used a shaker cup to blend well and was satisfied with the taste and texture. however, i became very nauseated for about two hours following consumption, so i’m thinking i maybe should have started with half a scoop. i did not experience any other side effects….no gas, no tummy discomfort etc…and, within a couple of hours, i went to the bathroom and emptied well. i think i will try half a scoop tomorrow morning and build up to a whole scoop until my system adjusts to the array of healthy ingredients it contains. i have no health issues and am on no medications which might have attributed to the nausea. i am, however, close to the peak of menopause (hormone-free process), and am hoping this product can help with some of the side effects from this natural aging process. looking forward to a healthier more vibrant me!
debbie
i take vitamins and supplements to cover these areas. i even take rhodiola rosea and a probiotic. i’m wondering if i were to take this product, if i should stop taking my vitamins. i would stop taking most of the supplements, since they seem to be in the morning complete. i wouldn’t want to overlap what’s already being covered.
hello debbie. each ingredient has different maximum recommended daily dosages. it may be best to visit a medical professional to see if taking morning complete with your vitamins would be effective, or if you may need to stop using some of your supplements.
i have been taking this product for about 1 week now!! honestly…. i’m super impressed and very excited! my body may still be adjusting somewhat to the new ingredients i am now ingesting daily but for me .. its a definite yes!
firstly, i’ve noticed that my energy has definitely increased. my mood is 10 times better.. and i mean all day long. i do feel a bit more bloated than normal but as i stated, i believe that my body is still adjusting to new ingredients that it’s not normally used to having. i also feel less hungry throughout the day. i feel like i am eating just because i know it’s here ( and also because i’m greedy), but i definitely can go longer without eating.
i have also started back using my stepper at home and walking daily because my energy has increased so why should i waste it just sitting around? also, i have very sensitive ears and usually get horrible earaches and headaches. i have had none (0) since i started morning complete, not sure if it is supposed to help with that or not but i haven’t experienced any headaches since. i am less stressed and my anxiety has also definitely decreased. once again.. i’m not sure if all of my results are due to me recently starting morning complete, but my personal opinion is i believe that it is. i just feel like i’ve been in a much better mood lately. it took awhile before i noticed a difference in my bowels but they are also much easier to pass now.
one side effect for me is that i seem to have alot more gas now.. but i work from home (thank god) so this is also okay.
i’m completely satisfied and will be ordering more after i’m done writing this review!❤️🙏
